SHIPPING
We will deliver our products to most of the cities in India.
We would usually ship every product in your order within 2 working days after the order and payment confirmation. However, in the current, in some cases like COVID pandemic situations, we may take longer i.e. maximum up to 7 working days.
In some rare cases, if we are not able to ship within 7 days, we shall inform you via an email/message and your payment against the unshipped product of the order will be refunded as per our policy.
In order to take care of that, your order should reach you in the fastest time, and in a safe condition, we will be shipping through only reputed courier agencies.
Typically, all Gujarat based deliveries will be completed within 1-2 days post-shipment. While, outside Gujarat, deliveries are completed within 2-7 days post-shipment. This is excluding the shipping date.
For remote locations, the time for the delivery may take more than 7 days.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our Policy lasts for 15 days. Your product can be replaced or exchanged within 15 days of the purchase. If 15 days have been passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
