• We will deliver our products to most of the cities in India.
• We would usually ship every product in your order within 2 working days after the order and payment confirmation. However, in the current, in some cases like COVID pandemic situations, we may take longer i.e. maximum up to 7 working days.
• In some rare cases, if we are not able to ship within 7 days, we shall inform you via an email/message and your payment against the unshipped product of the order will be refunded as per our policy.
• In order to take care of that, your order should reach you in the fastest time, and in a safe condition, we will be shipping through only reputed courier agencies.
• Typically, all Gujarat based deliveries will be completed within 1-2 days post-shipment. While, outside Gujarat, deliveries are completed within 2-7 days post-shipment. This is excluding the shipping date.
• For remote locations, the time for the delivery may take more than 7 days.
• Special Note: Prior to accepting delivery from the courier person, make sure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered. If you believe that the merchandise is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, kindly avoid accepting the courier package and call our Customer Care at 9967020785. However, we will be trying our level best to make a proper replacement delivered to you at the earliest.
