REFUND and RETURN POLICY                                      

Our Policy lasts for 15 days. Your product can be replaced or exchanged within 15 days of the purchase. If 15 days have been passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

No refund or exchange is offered on 'Sale Items'.

Also note please don’t cancel your prepaid orders as they will be shipped. If you want to exchange your prepaid orders please accept the delivery first and then apply for return or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange process, Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging condition.

Process For Pre-paid Orders

Our return policy is applicable within 15 days from the receipt of the product and applicable only for any of these mentioned reasons- The item received is different than the item ordered, the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. The time limit to apply for return starts from the date the delivered product  as per the confirmation received from our courier partners.

Please send us 2 Images (one of the defects image and other of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us an image at info@desisparkle.com and our quality team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for return.  Also, please convey us if you need the exchanged product to be the same as ordered initially or any other product with the same or higher value, the difference in the price of needs to be paid by the customer.

We will get back to you with your return request status within 2-3 days of receiving your request e-mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Once the product is back at our warehouse, our quality team will check the product. Once approved, we will dispatch a new set of the same product or a new product, as given in your email.

Remember:- Product must be returned with the original packaging including the Tags, Barcode, Accessories, Manual card, Warranty card, Shipping label (pasted on the packet). The product must be unused and in original condition.
